1.How much does a project cost?
That totally depends on the project. So far, invoices have been between $100-2000 with some being in the span of a week to others that are ongoing.
Some people just want a business card whereas others want a full e-commerce website, branding, business cards, tech training, etc.
We are currently working on setting some flat rates for common projects (websites, e-commerce stores, etc.) and then having add-ons be extra. Our rates will be pretty on par with other design agencies but will have more personalized options like small-scale social media management plans.
2.What is our refund policy?
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back! A small administration fee of 3.5% of your original purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded. The refund will be initiated via the payment method used. Refunds can be made up to 90 days after the date of payment.
Our refund policy is not applicable if you wait too long to give us the required information needed to successfully complete your project. If there is delay or failure in completion of the project due to improper communication on your part, it cannot be attributed to us. There is no provision for compensation for the delay of delivery under any conditions, until and unless there is an agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
3.How old do I have to be to register for your services?
Though our approach and services are tailored to an older subset of the population, we have no requirements in terms of age.
4.How long will our engagement be?
Again, it depends on the project. There is no specific answer. We come up with a timeline in the early stages of client onboarding and we try our best to work your deadlines.
